With our two powder coating lines we can process parts from small brackets to large sheet metal products – parts up to 12 feet long, 5 feet high and 4 feet wide. Our facility is excellent for medium to large powder coating volume production. We monitor our systems continuously to insure a consistent, quality finish.

Two Powder Coating Lines

+ 750 ft. Automatic monorail conveyor system featuring a five stage pre-treatment process
+ 500 ft. Automatic monorail conveyor system featuring a three stage pre-treatment process.

In house, fluidized sand stripping  system (for rack cleaning and reprocessing)
Custom color matching in three to five business days
