Phosphating
The Finishing Company is preparing for an addition to our functional
coatings division. We will be utilizing Henkel's(c) Calcium Modified Zinc and Iron phosphate technologies
to provide customers with an inexpensive form of corrosion control.
Parts are racked and processed on 300 ft. monorail conveyor systems. This
technology generates superior quality parts by providing uniform distribution of
chemistry. After phosphating, parts are ready for
application of adhesives.
