Company Overview

The Finishing Company is a privately owned custom coating company located in Addison Illinois. The firm was originally established in Chicago in 1904.  Our plant encompasses 75,000 square feet and operates four different coating platforms. The functional coatings division includes the following services:

  • Powder Coating (Two automatic monorail conveyor lines)
  • Autodeposition Coatings (Lord Corporation’s MetalJacket®)
  • Aqueous (Dip) Adhesive (Lord Corporation’s Chemlok)
The decorative coatings (Electroplating) division offers small to large scale production on a continuous monorail conveyor line. Covercoats offered include:

  • Nickel Plating (Satin, Bright, Dull)
  • Chrome Plating (Satin, Bright, Dull)
