Chemlok Information

What is Chemlok?

  • Chemlok is a thin polymeric coating consisting of polymers, pigments, fillers, and curatives which are dispersed in an aqueous system. Primers (such as MetalJacket®) offer substrate adhesion, corrosion resistence, and adhesion
  • Topcoat/adhesives/covercoats react to primer and bond to rubber
  • One coats combine functions of both primer and topcoat in one step.
